About

Through story and song, Catherine takes you on a riveting journey that depicts a loving relationship suddenly fractured. Separated by a chasm of fear and misunderstanding, Catherine’s life was altered from the age of eight, as her beloved 18 year old sister Nancy, eroded from the symptoms of schizophrenia. Catherine addresses the confusion and rage brought on by the radical shift from generous, supportive, trusted sister, to troubled, hateful and violent stranger.

Catherine has a vocal performance degree from the College of St. Benedicts, and entertains professionally throughout the Twin Cities and much of the United States. She has won many awards and regional contests in Toast Masters, including “Best Speaker of the Year” and “Rookie of the Year.”

A heartfelt eclectic combination of flute, guitar and vocals. Styles from blues to standard, and original songs.
